    I gave it a shot

    Clean and spacious rooms, complemented by friendly staff who provided helpful recommendations. Breakfast offered healthy options. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from attractions. Despite some challenges with room temperature control, the positives outshone the negatives .

    Vibrant and colourful accommodation with decent setting really close to restaurants, coffee shops or non-stop type variety shops nearby or within walking distance, the loo and shower areas and the trendy new bars and restaurants. Attentive staff, fast check in.

    The staff was helpfull, the bed was comfortable and the food was deliciuos. It's 15 mins walk to the center. Being not too far from Ciorbarie was nice, we had dinner there.

    Super location, very modern and cosy. All in one, it was okay!

    The hotel is hidden in a courtyard and not directly visible from the street, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. For me personally it is overrated and I expected more for a 5 star hotel. What a shame!

    pleasant stay with excellent service

    The friendly staff made check-in seamless, cute me with a smile. Breakfast was good, with a good variety of options that fueled my day. The location provided the perfect balance of tranquility while being just a short walk from the city's vibrant attractions. A nearby bus stop also made it easy to travel around. The hotel's value for money stood out !

    The gym facilities could use some improvement. It felt limited and not very inviting.

    The rooms are spacious and equipped with balconies, giving you a chance to breathe in some fresh air. Parking availability is a huge plus, especially considering the chaos of city driving.

    Check-in was a clunky ordeal with unexpected extra charges that got resolved only after some back and forth. Not exactly the smooth entry one hopes for. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of hair in the shower and unkempt balconies that haven't seen a good scrub in ages. Breakfast offerings were rather limited and lacked variety, particularly for those with dietary restrictions. Noise from events often disrupted sleep, especially on weekends.

    Had a fantastic group stay with friends! Clean rooms and super friendly staff. We loved the breakfast and coffee. Make sure to check out the nearby Romana Square and Old Town, both easy walks from the hotel. Great value for such quality and location!

    The gym was a bit disappointing. The treadmill didn't feel safe to use, a letdown compared to everything else.
